1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PreOwned by DrCheck marketplace platform ("Platform"), operated by DrCheck Vehicle Inspection LLC ("DrCheck", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Overview

PreOwned is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of pre-owned vehicles in the United Arab Emirates. All vehicles listed on the Platform are accompanied by a professional vehicle inspection report conducted by DrCheck.

DrCheck acts solely as a platform operator and inspection service provider. We do not participate in the sale, purchase, or transfer of vehicles between users.

3. User Accounts

To list a vehicle or contact sellers, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. Vehicle Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including vehicle details, photographs, and asking price. Listings must represent vehicles that the seller legally owns or is authorised to sell.

All listings require a DrCheck inspection before they become publicly visible. Listings may be removed by DrCheck at its discretion if they violate these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Inspections

Vehicle inspections are conducted by certified DrCheck inspectors and represent the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. Inspection reports are informational and do not constitute a guarantee or warranty regarding the vehicle's condition.

The inspection score and rating reflect the inspector's professional assessment. Conditions may change between the time of inspection and the time of sale.

6. Transactions

All transactions between buyers and sellers are conducted independently of DrCheck. We do not facilitate payments, escrow, or transfer of vehicle ownership. Both parties are responsible for complying with UAE laws regarding vehicle sales, registration transfers, and associated fees.

7. Fees

Listing a vehicle on the Platform is free. Sellers pay for the vehicle inspection service. Inspection fees vary by vehicle make, model, and location. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

DrCheck does not charge commissions on vehicle sales conducted through the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Provide false or misleading information in listings or communications
• Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent the inspection requirement
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security

9. Limitation of Liability

DrCheck provides the Platform and inspection services on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between buyers and sellers.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. Modifications

DrCheck reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
