DrCheck Preowned provides a platform that connects buyers and sellers of pre-owned vehicles in the United Arab Emirates. Our services include:

By submitting your vehicle for inspection and listing, you agree to an exclusive listing period of 30 days. During this period, you may not list the same vehicle on any other platform including:
We actively monitor these platforms for violations. Violation of this exclusivity clause may result in immediate removal from our Platform and forfeiture of any inspection fees paid.
All vehicles must undergo our professional inspection before being listed. Inspection fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed.
All vehicles listed on our Platform have undergone professional inspection. However:
Our Platform facilitates communication between buyers and sellers. All negotiations and final agreements are between the parties involved. We are not responsible for failed transactions or disputes.
While we conduct thorough inspections and request available documentation, we cannot guarantee complete vehicle history. Buyers should verify registration, service history, and ownership documents independently.

We provide findings based on visual and diagnostic inspection. We do not dismantle vehicles or provide guarantees about internal components not visible during inspection.
Inspections cannot detect:
Inspection fees vary based on vehicle type and location. Fees are displayed before scheduling and are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed.
We use third-party payment processors (Stripe) to handle transactions. By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service.
We do not charge commission on vehicle sales. Our revenue comes from inspection fees only.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DrCheck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Inspection reports, photos, and videos created by our inspectors remain our intellectual property but are licensed to the vehicle owner for the purpose of selling their vehicle.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrCheck shall not be liable for:
The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
By continuing to access or use our Platform after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
